6:30 to 7:30

• 6:30am – Arrive and get settled in.
• 6:40am – Breathwork session begins
• 7:10am – Ice baths begin.
• 7: 30am – Event concludes. Hang around and connect to other attendees

What to bring

– Yoga mat or towel to lay on
– Bathers
– Towel
– Blanket and warm clothes for during breathwork session and after ice bath.
